I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean rooms and beautiful surroundings overlooking the lush grounds sloping down towards the lake. Although some parts of the room felt a bit outdated, it was spacious, and the upgraded bathrooms had a peculiar but functional layout. The service was exceptional, showing warm hospitality and genuine care, including accommodating our dietary requirements with special vegan dishes. The location was splendid, surrounded by natural beauty and close to key attractions in the area. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options for every meal. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel, with some positives and negatives. The rooms, although showing signs of age, had the added advantage of backing onto the main kitchen. The service was exceptional, with Marlon going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location was beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and excellent lakeside views, but communication could have been better. The dining was a feast with a large variety, though the food could have been warmer. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
